The Town of Woodruff Application for Delivery Service During Road/Street Weight Limits form is available at the town offices during normal business hours and you may print the form from the link below.

Complete the form and either drop off the form at the town offices or fax
358-2677 for processing. Drivers must have a SIGNED form in their possession while traveling on the roads they requested permission to travel on for the dates they indicated or they will be fined.

THE RESTRICTIONS ARE ON NOW. Keep in mind that Mid Lake, Pine Cone, Blumenstein, and Wayne Drive are posted year-round.
